Shipping Policy
1. Order preparation time

All orders are processed and prepared within approximately 4 business days from payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or holidays.

In periods of high demand, promotions or causes beyond our control, the preparation period may be slightly extended. In this case the client will be informed.

2. shipping time

Once the order has been prepared and delivered to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is up to 12 calendar days, depending on the destination, the carrier and the logistical conditions of the delivery country.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

Customs procedures

Climatic conditions

Carrier delays

Local or international holidays

3. Total estimated delivery time

The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery to the customer is up to 16 calendar days (4 days of preparation + up to 12 days of shipping).

This period is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery on an exact date, unless applicable legislation provides otherwise.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

5. Order tracking

When the carrier allows it, a tracking number will be provided so that the customer can check the status of their shipment.

6. International shipping and customs

On international orders:

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees applicable in the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We have no control over customs clearance times, which may cause additional delays.

7. Incorrect or incomplete address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

Delays

Losses

Additional costs

derived from incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the client.

8. Orders not delivered or rejected

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (repeated absence, rejection of the package, incorrect data), the order may:

Be resent, with the customer assuming the new shipping costs, or

Be partially refunded, discounting shipping and handling costs, when legally applicable.

9. Orders lost or damaged during transportation

If the order arrives damaged or is lost during transport, the customer must contact us as soon as possible so that we can manage the incident with the carrier and offer a solution in accordance with applicable legislation.
